How to use:
If using an eye pencil, sharpen for optimal use. For both an eye pencil and liquid eye liner, close eyelid and slightly pull eye outward. Begin lining at base of the inner eye and follow to the outer eyelid, keeping the liner as close to the eyelashes as possible.
Product Review:
The color is intense, you don’t have to apply a few times to get the color. It’s also smooth and glides on easily – so you can line your eyes like a pro. I’ve tried many eyeliner pencils, and this is the best so far. You can make the line as fine or as bold as you want. Furthermore, it doesn’t smudge at all! I live in a humid country, and I put on the liner in the morning, and it stays as fresh by night time. Excellent product!!!!
