Eco-tools. Available at drugstores. They are actually amazingly soft and arent so bad for the environment! really affordable. they even have it at target! also eyeslipsface.com their studio line has good brushes. their dollar line has great eye brushes. 3. Sigma brushes are a great dupe for mac ones. I'm 33 and I dont have a single line and I too am prone to dry skin. If I feel like splurging I'll buy loreal revitalift or something even though I dont see any difference.
